We are proud to inform you that Thermphos has successfully finalised all 2010 REACH registrations !
We are now busy the preparation of our 2013 registration dossiers.
In the 2010 REACH dossiers Thermphos included a selection of relevant identified uses out of the
thousands of use descriptors communicated by customers. We will continue to do so with our 2013 and
2018 dossiers. We do not check identified uses with customers at this stage anymore; the SDS will
serve this purpose and important gaps can be repared by a simple update of the registration dossier
later on. You will have 12 months to communicate about the uses after receipt of our SDS.
We declare that to the best of our knowledge and referring to the Annex XIII criteria in the REACH
regulation as well as to the latest version of the candidate list (19 December 2011), it is very unlikely
that our products contain any SVHC substance or any CMR1 / 2, PBT or vPvB substance in
concentrations >0.1 % (w/w).
Our SDS are compliant with the CLP Regulation and - where applicable - include the REACH
registration number and the endpoints from the registration dossiers.
In order to fully respond to the EC 453/2010 ("Annex II") requirements, Thermphos is working hard to
process the Exposure Scenarios from the registration dossiers that we have submitted before 1
December 2010 and where Thermphos possesses the complete registration dossier.
As soon as this information is included, an extended SDS will be sent to all our customers at product
delivery.
Staying in full compliance with REACH as one of the means to maintain our good relationship with your
company as a reliable partner, is one of Thermphos’ highest priorities.
